I placed an order for a case of Handy Bath wipes
thru Amazon. Then I remembered that in the past there has been a delay
in ordering them thru Amazon. So, I quickly requested cancellation.
Then, I placed a 2nd order thru wipes123.com. I wrote in the Order Instructions field, to pls. cancel previous Amazon order.
That i only need 12 packs not 24.
But both orders were shipped. I asked Wipes Lab, "Pls. cancel one or the other!!
Otherwise, I would expect you to pay return shipping on one order,
or at least refund purchase price.
I don't use them that fast. The 2nd order would dry up.

They replied, "We apologize for this inconvenience, we went ahead and refunded the second order WIP40872, no return is required. This item is good for up to 2 years so please feel free to keep the extra product to use at a later date."
My reply, "TYVM for your kind generosity. And for saving me, you,
and shipping carrier from effort and expense of shipping them back!
But they don't last 2 years. They start to dry up by 6 months.
Per your own product description shelf life is 8-10 months.
So, I will offer them to a friend who is a home hospice care nurse."
She was glad to take them to give to her clients.
