All orders placed on wipes123.com will ship out within 1 to 2 business days, unless an unforeseen event prevents us to do so. We do not ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. We do not ship out any order during weekends or National Holidays or on the days so noted on our homepage (wipes123.com). Wipes123.com makes every attempt to ship out your products in a timely manner.
We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier's method as long as the service is the same or better. We are not responsible for packages lost by carriers. Please make sure your address is correct and someone is available to sign for the package, if applicable.

Wipes123.com will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. The customer is responsible for all import duties in their country. We do not lower the invoice value or send the orders as gift, no exceptions. Wipes123.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Wipes123.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Wipes123.com will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
All products are returnable within 30 days of your purchase provided that they are returned in a condition appropriate for resale. If a product you receive from wipes123.com is damaged or defective, or its performance is not satisfactory, please take a moment to speak with a customer representative by calling toll-free at 1-800-454-1077, M-F, 9AM-5PM PST or emailing us by completing the contact us form.
If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will issue you a RMA number to return the item (the customer is responsible for returning shipping charge.) All returns must be shipped back in unopened or unused conditions and packaged with protective stuffing. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during return shipments. The representative will note your feedback for future product improvement and refund your money (original shipping is non-refundable) or send a replacement.
